To create healthy and happiness’s company culture, to promote employee’s emotion management ability, we organize a training course in meeting room at 30 May afternoon. This training invites Miss Zhang who is a national secondary psychological consultant and Hefei psychological consultant association secretary general.
Through the simulation of the students' on-site scenarios, the training uses professional games such as interactive games, case analysis, and participatory group discussions to enable students to explore how to stay close to emotions, prevent emotions, open emotions, and adjust emotions. A good emotional discussion allows participants to think deeply about emotional management issues.
