Project Background

The new semiconductor production plant project of Innoscience (Suzhou) Semiconductor Co., Ltd. is located in Fenhu High Tech Industrial Development Zone, Wujiang District, Suzhou City, with Shanghai in the east, Taihu Lake in the west and Zhejiang in the south. The location is superior. The planned land area of the project is 368 mu. The total investment of the first phase is about 6 billion yuan. After completion, the project will become the third generation semiconductor whole industry chain R & D and production base integrating R & D, design, extension production, chip manufacturing and sub packaging test.
Project Requirements
The project is located in the east side of the second floor of the power station (CUB) of Building 2. Six 10kV emergency self starting diesel generator sets with the main power (PRP) not less than 1800kW are set as the standby power supply, and six diesel generators are used for parallel operation (the supply quantity of this phase is 4).
Solution

In view of the needs of enterprises and the stability, advancement, energy saving and environmental protection of diesel generating sets, Calsion has configured 4 sets of 1800KW high voltage diesel generating sets for the project. The final stage can be extended to 6 1800KW high voltage diesel generating sets. All generating units are sent to 10KV oil turbine bus section and then sent to 10KV High-voltage Distribution System inlet end for switching. The unit's own control system adjusts the start and stop of the unit according to the size of load. In case of mains power failure, the generating unit is started and operated at the same time. The automatic parallel power supply and automatic load distribution can control the input and output of each unit in the parallel system according to the size of load. At the same time, from project selection, system design, scheme optimization to project implementation and technical support, we provide customers with comprehensive emergency power system solutions and turnkey projects.

The project of Innoscience (Suzhou) Semiconductor Co., Ltd. is planned to be completed within 5 years. The project will focus on core products such as gallium nitride. The project was started on June 23, 2018, and the main plant was capped on August 29 this year. It is expected that the production equipment will enter the plant by the end of December, and large-scale mass production will be realized in 2020. The project will be built into the world's leading 8-inch silicon-based gallium nitride mass production base, providing more advanced, efficient, energy-saving and low-cost core semiconducting chips for 5G communication, new energy vehicles, artificial intelligence, laser radar, fast charging, data center, clean energy and other fields.
